We’re writing to tell you about some key changes we’re making.
Please read carefully through this document because it includes important information which may affect you.
We are launching our new mobile application
On Monday 18th April 2022 we’ll launch our brand new Bukka Services app.
The new application will showcase improved features and user-experience as well as additional services. It has been more than 1 year in the making and we’re really excited for you to benefit from it.
Due to popular demand, we’ve added in the following features and services:
Once we have launched the app, you will have 5 weeks until Monday 23rd May 2022 to log-in to the new mobile application and log-out of the old application.
On Monday 23rd May 2022 the old application will not function.
If you do not know your password, please visit our website at www.bukkawaste.com click log-in then click forgot password and follow the instructions.
We’ll send out further announcements and reminders via our website, mobile app, email and social media platforms.
Name Change
Due to the fact that we will now be offering more than just Waste Management, we’ve decided to trade as Bukka Services.
This is a huge step for us and we would like to thank you personally for being part of the Bukka Waste journey. We now look forward to continued growth with Bukka Services and we have some exciting plans for the future.
Price change
Up until now, we have not increased our pricing throughout the 5 years that we have been trading.
As a result of rising costs in fuel and waste disposal, we have had no choice but to increase our prices by 12.8% on average.
To maintain the level of service that you’re accustomed to, this modest increase is necessary, so we wanted to communicate this with you in good time.
This price change will take effect on Monday 18th April 2022.
We’re confident that our prices remain competitive within our sector for the quality of service that we provide and we would like to thank you in anticipation for your understanding.
Payment schedule change for commercial customers
We are changing the time of when we take payments. For any repeat schedules, we will now take the payment 48 hours before the scheduled service date.
This change will take effect on the week commencing Monday 18th April 2022.
If the service date is less than 48 hours from the date requested then the payment will be debited immediately.
If this is not suitable for you, please let us know as soon as possible so we can look into alternatives or cancel your schedule.
These payment changes will apply to those who are paying by card.
If you do not currently pay via card then these changes may not apply to you.
